I needed a new pair of walking shoes and wanted to check out the Hunting clothes close outs. Found the shoes I was looking for and a hunting sweatshirt to replace an ancient one I have used for years....walked over to the firearm section and found:
NOTHING AMMO wise....Not even the usual odd ball shotgun shells...NOTING in reloading supplies...No rifle or pistol ammo, again not even the oddball items usually on the bottom shelf...
Walked over to the gun counter......they had 3 handguns...a couple of cheap single action .22's and an
S&W M&P in .40 Caliber......Less than 10 different shotgun and rifles..
Pretty sad....their stock has been down for the past several months but this was WAY less than I had ever seen....Plenty of magazines, just nothing to use them with....
Local guns shops were slightly better off but NO ammo again...

I walked through Rural King today. No ammo and for firearms they had put all their handguns in one display case.
It looked promising until I got closer. A bunch of Heritage Arms SA 22's and a few Ruger SA 22's.
Anyone that is late to the war is going to be greatly handicapped.
...Been hearing the same thing... glad I bought a few cases of rounds a few years ago for the AR's, AK's and SKS's, questioned myself a little when I bought 'em...it was a lot cheaper too back then...heck, think I even have 5,000 rnds of .22LR too, forgot about those...😁
