I called a large seller wondering where my ammo was after waiting 2.5 Weeks after payment cleared . Well they must have been in a bad mood at their company.. cussed me out and said it would get to me when it gets to me. Nice... So I just said cancel the order. They cussed again and hung up. Support has the issue now on the feedback they left me because the couldn't send it. Folks sure are on the Edge for some reason.

Well familiar with that one, You pay promptly, dont get the stuff and leave seller a negative FB and the seller reciprocates.

there or really all customer service should have been a little more polite or as I have been told please do not use fowl language after trying to get a answer LOL

last week I received a stripped lower I ordered about two weeks before Christmas . and I still have packages in transit thru the mail from early December PO keeps telling me they at least three weeks behind on some deliveries no kidding capt obvious but I yet I get some items with in a few days of being shipped , I have some ammo and gun parts I am waiting on now from some of the bigger on line sellers I knew or at least guessed it would be a long wait . as long as it all gets here I will be OK

I do hate the automated systems last week i spend a few days fighting thru one it would keep saying I did not have good enough reason to speak to a real person ....AAAHHHH ,,,, but it finally did transfer me thru use to be just ask or hit zero this time nope the AI kept blocking me

They say you never really know what someone else is going through.

Maybe that guy just had his oil changed with Dino oil instead of synthetic.

He was trying to stay calm.😀

My suspicion was that he was looking for that 15 dollar min wage. Anyway when folks go off on some kinda meltdown I get real cautious of doing business. I mean he had the order number and could have just said approx when the item was going to be delivered . on their feedback another party ordered the same item and left them bad feedback from not getting it. Probably doing drop shipments from the manufacturer. But why do a track number for pickup.

FWIW, I can order a set of curtain rods from Amazon, and they will be on my doorstep tomorrow.

However, my son sent me a birthday card, first class mail, from Maryland to Virginia. Postmarked 10 December, it arrived here YESTERDAY.

Lousy shipping times may not be the fault of a seller, but a crappy attitude damn well is.

We mailed an insurance premium 10 days before due date. Got an email telling us it was past due! The insurance company is right here in our city. This is the 2nd time this has happened within 4 months. I called the company and told them that I would hand deliver our premiums from now on, since the USPS couldn't be trusted with our $$$$.

I am building a house, and was looking for some pea gravel. Called my normal trucking guy and he said to call Nolichuckey as they are the only ones that have it, and it was a longer drive for him. So I called and got the rudest guy I have spoke with since I moved here. Ripped me up and down because I asked when they could deliver it. This was yesterday and I told him friday or next Monday would be fine. He went into a long diatribe of how he hates people that wait til the last minute and think they get to go to the front of the line. I just told him forget it, I will just get 1/2" limestone instead from the closer quarry and it will cost a lot less anyway.

Hopefully that guy was just having a bad day. If he was my employee he would be let go in a heartbeat.

Having a bad day - perhaps. Let's wait a few months until what the new admin brings (no political statement here, just a economic one).

It's too late for me, save yourself.

I hope that all of us aren't going to be having really bad days every day as the current events keep unfolding.
