Anyone have one and care to share their experiences?
I finally have the parts to assemble my lower. I preferred the .308 route, but I'm intrigued by the Creedmoor. Plus it's all PSA currently has in stock and I'm not sure if waiting, with current times, would be the right move.

if you really want it go for it we all have guns we want and of course need 😁 have I thought about it of course ,, however
JMHO
For me it would just be another caliber I would have to start finding ammo for or reloading components , I really never checked on price or how easy it is to get local for the ammo and I do not hunt so no real advantage for me to get one over what I have now but of course your mileage may vary
several years back I was putting together 5.56's and then thought I really need a 300 black out ( of course I did why not LOL ) so I built two a pistol and rifle I did put together a PSA 308 a couple years ago after the 5.56 and 300 addiction but had a 308 already so I had a excuse .. I just received my last 5.56 lower I had a complete upper looking lonely in the safe so now I am swearing off any more ... I promise 😉
I have an AR in the safe in 6.5 Grendel. It is an Aero Precision but I have never fired it. It's supposed to be a good bullet.
I have one and it's a decent shooter although a bit on the heavy side. Mine seemed to do a little better with the bulk Hornady 140 BTHP. I didn't need to adjust the gas block for proper function. PMags work fine and HERA mags fit OK so can only assume they'll function also.
Soon after I started shooting the PA 10, I bought a TC Compass II in 6.5C which I found easier to shoot and carry so the PA 10 went back in the rack.
This is what you can accomplish with a properly designed and built AR10 platform. This particular rifle was chambered for the .308 Win. but I've built just as many for the 6.5 Creedmoor which performed at the same level. Remember, this is 1,000 yards and not everyone will attain the same results.
Under today's circumstances it's hard to say which components will be more readily available. We know from all the posts and scrambling through the auctions that commercial ammunition is either really expensive or unavailable so keep this in mind. I shoot both cartridges and I make my own barrels. The only difference I've found was being sure to use the +2" barrel system with the gas block and gas tube. You need an adjustable gas block and know which size gas port to use. All of this is predicated on using a high quality barrel.
Best.
I put a 308 together all from PSA parts and it is probably a lot better then I can get out of it I got 1"1/2 groups at 200 yds with hunting ammo Federal Fusions decided that was minute of deer so I never tried anything else
Given today's circumstances, if you need an upper to complete your rifle, I'd buy anything in any caliber that was on the shelf and ready to ship.
Put together a 24" 1&9 twist upper a month ago and with what few .264 140gr bullets I had along with some IMR 4350 shot some impressive groups. Until I can find some .264 140 gr bullets, this one is on hold.
From my results, wish I built an upper years ago when you could find bullets.
One of my sons has an AR10 in 6.5 CM, he likes it. I haven't shot it and I'm not sure what ammo he's using in it.
