HELP! I need help guys...sorry to ask here

SORRY to ask here folks, but I am NOT getting any help from the 8 support emails I've sent so far concerning my verification process to become a seller.

I've been trying for a week to get the $2 verification fee thing to go through and keep getting the same error:


"There was an error retrieving the verification questions. Please try again at a later time.

If you are unable to resolve this problem, please contact Customer Support. "


So I have contacted customer support 8 times to keep getting canned replies that are either completely irrelevant or the same link to Q&A with ZERO results. It seems as though the site support is NOT reading my error reports. I have tried the WIZARD and that wont work since I've already created an account :(

ANY advice would be appreciated.
