I have been a Gunbroker.com user for several years. Six weeks ago I signed up for the Gold program because I could not get a response from Gunbroker help thinking if I was a Gold member I would have live chat service. They charged my credit card for the Gold program six weeks ago and I got nothing. I have e-mailed them several times and I have not received a response.

Any ideas on what I can do?

    Welcome to the Gunbroker Forums!

    You are caught in the same bind as a lot of new members because of the massive influx of new members. Gunbroker Auctions is overwhelmed in Customer Support so the only thing you can do is have patience and wait. You're in a long line and it takes time to solve all the problems new members present.
