    Patience, Jim. (Easier said than done, I know!) From the sounds of it the system is pretty much overloaded with all the new buyers and sellers.

    As I understand it, every time you put in a request it bumps you to the back of the line. Let it ride and hope they get to you.

    If you can log in, click on "welcome jim" the green font in the upper right hand corner of the page. Then click on "account" then "account info on the left side of the page. You can then edit your email on the right side of the page.....
