Can Someone Help

I have a Gun Broker account, Gun Broker Pay, bank checking account, and credit card All Are Valid. When I go to sell it tells me to enter the data, once done it tells me that there will be a $2.00 charge, I click OK. The system then has a puts a pending charge on my CC, then 4-5 days later the pending charge is dropped from the account. When I go to the verification page It gives me the following message:

There was an error retrieving the verification questions. Please try again at a later time.

If you are unable to resolve this problem, please contact Customer Support. Please include the entire error message in your report.

Tried to contact customer support but all I can get from them are links that are not helpful.

I have been working on this for two weeks. Does anyone have any idea what i am doing wrong or how to get Gunbroker help? Just to reiterate I have asked for Gunbroker help at least 10 times with no luck.
