Unable to resolve an issue with a gun broker and gun broker pay

I purchased a fire arm from seller [edit for content]. Seller claims he never received payment through gunbroker pay. Also known as bitrail/freedom coin.

I have all documentation‘s stating that I paid for my product. I’ve sent numerous emails to come broker pay to just get back generic answers. I’ve sent them documentation of order number, product number, transaction number as well. As of right now I am out approximately $600. I find it to be very sad that a company who deals with millions of dollars worth of other peoples money does not have a contact phone number to be reached. Instead you have to send emails and wait anywhere between 24 to 48 hours before anybody responds to you. I’m assuming I have to take this up with the better business bureau to resolve this issue I hope as well as send in a claim which then tells me that they only cover up to $500 and to open the claim will actually charge me $100 to file the claim. Once again very sad.

Any help on this matter I would appreciate
