We are picking our trees this weekend and if anybody wants some oranges, grapefruit, Or lemons just stop by and bring your own bags. We have plenty. What we don’t keep we donate to our church food pantry.

I would love to have some but it’s a little far to drive !
Man,fresh off the tree would be so good. We get ours up here from a warehouse where they make it.
OK :
Would love to have some : too far for Me !
Thanks !!!
I Grew Old Too Fast (And Smart Too damn Slow !!!) !!! :?
We just picked the last of our Louisiana sweet oranges, and Meyer lemons. We had a great year between the two trees. Now the forecast is calling for 18° Monday night, along with the possibility of ice. I'm going to do my best to save the trees. 🥶
That is a very generous offer...(way to far for me)...but good on you!!!

We have had some very cold weather this last few weeks and that is what was needed to make the citrus sweet. I wait till we have cooler weather to pick.
What a kind offer! I used to fly south and take my folks to a place called Green Bluff outside Spokane and you could fill a big paper grocery bag with peaches the size of softballs for $5. Imagine a ripe peach! We'd eat so many peaches we'd have the runs for days.
Here in Alaska our produce is picked weeks too early so we learn to enjoy hard sour oranges, grapefruits, melons, peaches and bananas. I can't even remember the last time I had a sweet orange, and you can use our bananas as tent stakes.
