Purchased a couple boxes of 300 Win Mag this morning off of GB.. early morn.. no bidders.. great price. Was speaking to guy locally and he turned me on to a man who had some more... Like a good score... 226 rds of Hornady.. Winchester and Remington... all for just a tad over a dollar a rd. I bought it all including a box of primed new brass. Deals are out there.

    A while back I was high bidder on 2 boxes of 300 Win Mag. until the final few minutes. It went for $28. Shipping, however, was $25, and now there is tax on top of that so it wasn't a really great deal. The ammo was made in Argentina. I was kind of glad I lost because I don't have a 300 WM.

    I had a 300 WM and I never shot a round out of it I didn't make. Back then Weatherby ammo was made by Norma and was over $2 a round(1980's). I got new norma brass and away i went.


    Ricci sold the gun for me on here and man I killed a train load of animals with that smoke pole.
