I might be getting old and slow, but what is the purpose of this launcher ?

Its used to launch a golf ball from a 10/22 rifle. When you get old and slow and cannot hit a golf ball very far you use this. The Golf Course manager will love you for your ingenuity and skill, your partner for your ability to launch a golf ball so far and other people on the course will applaud. You may even be able to take out some of the obnoxious geese laying up sorry all over the course.
