So, I cleanwd the green mung off with Clenzoil. I am sure someone will say I made a mistake by doing that (already getting the shakes from lead poisining) but here are the results with the 1960 303 British, sealed since 1960, and brought out of Sleepy Joe's basement last week:

Fired a mess of that stuff back form the Forties and most all of it went bang and did well on paper. Was well stored.
Be wary of any with split necks. They dont go bang.
