Just kidding, that pic is from last year and I already have plenty of those bastages around the place. The real snake is below, wanted one for awhile and a gun shop about an hour away posted one online at a price I couldn't ignore. They had two, I really should have bought them both.

I'll take pic #2 please. #2 looks like a winner and we do expect a range report. I really want a new Python but my eyes just wouldn't do one justice. Bob
Use pic 2 on pic 1- Sorry viper lovers, no room in the inn around here. btw- NICE Python!!
Very nice.
I have the second without the laminate grips. Gimme the first please, lovely, lovely copperhead. Now if Colt had added a Copperhead to the Seven Serpents to make an eighth, I would own a few. Some one here offered to take a vibrotool to some Rugers and make me a Colt Copperhead. A true friend.
Copperheads really are pretty snakes, and I don't mind them in the woods, but I don't want them around the house.
I got my eye on a Cobra, I bought one at Gander Mtn a few years ago but it turned out it was stolen and the cops came and asked for it back, Gander made me whole but I've missed that gun since. Shame is in order to "replace" it its going to cost me twice what I paid for the stolen one!
I love the lightweight aluminum frame and the nickel if not damaged is shiny me like shiny :)
Back around 1969...my buddy and I were into bow hunting...the only handgun I owned was a leaf shooter...Anyway he came by the house with a new Herters catalog and wanted us both to get a Colt Python...$209..!!! I asked him why the heck we needed a 357!!! Wish we had bought them... 😥
