Credit card invalid

I'm not sure what has happened. My credit card has suddenly stopped working for my purchases on gunbroker. Any ideas about what has happened? I've also tried my wife's card. Her card doesn't work either.

So you are using it in the check out process, on items that you have purchased from the auction side?
I'm using the check out process for buy now items.
Is it issued from a bank or payment processor that doesn't support firearm purchases?
This is a GB system issue.
I recently went through it myself and the gunbroker support ultimately said “sorry we don’t know what’s wrong, send a money order”.
If you dig around on the auction side help you will find the same answer already published by GB.
Found it.
If PayPal is involved in the payment process, not surprised at all.
My card is a Capital One master card. I've called them and they tell me that there is not a problem with my card. But I'm thinking about getting another card from Citibank. I wonder if that would work?
Were you able fix your problem and use your card again?
I would just go into your "won items", and contact the seller, either thru email, or on the phone, and explain the situation. I'm sure that it can get resolved. Most sellers, myself included, are willing to work some things out with a buyer, rather than dealing with relisting an item..
I'm really getting tired of these auction payment problem posts in the forums. 99% of these issues are due to the use of credit cards or payment services like Pay Pal, Zelle, or some other service.
Moderators take note. From this point on, unless a payment problem is the result of payment by cash, check or money order, I don't want to hear about it in the forums. Mark C.
