If this country shuts down the internet sales of guns is there another site like GB in a different country that the sellers on GB could use?

I hope it does not go that far but any thing is possible not a betting man but I would say no and if there was the rules and laws would be insane and I am sure the demorats would out law it asap if there was

I would wager Mark our mod will have some insight on it

Maybe GB needs to find a friendly country to set up in as a backup for here.

In most cases, there is no such thing as "internet sales of guns"; the Gun Control Act of 1968 made that impossible.

If I have a gun that I want to sell to you, GB works only as a bulletin board for us to make arrangements. The actual sale (really, the transfer) will take place at your dealer's place of business. Shutting down GB would require the gun grabbers to nullify the 1st Amendment, but that's not a bridge too far for them. And, the Internet is world wide, so Mr Broker could easily move the GB World Headquarters to Burkina Faso & continue business as usual.

The PRC government controls the Internet in China, but I don't think Americans would stand for that here.

There are offshore server farms with ".CC" suffixes that would love to take your money to host your websites.

It isnt that simple. You enter the world of ITAR.

    International Traffic in Arms Regulations.

And that doesn’t just apply to guns.
