What can be done with all the "NR" bidders????

I have tried many times to bid on and purchase guns here. It seems like most of the bidders are "NR" and do not care how much they bid. I know from experience in selling, most of these do not pay for their bids and cause problems for GunBroker as well as the seller. Before they destroy this site maybe GunBroker will start demanding a credit card or a cash deposit before allowing anyone to bid. If not, they will most likely run off any potential buyer and cause sellers to stop listing their items. I know, we all had to start somewhere but, there is a major flood of them now.
