Why don't we go to school and work on the weekends and take the week off!

It kind of looks like the heli is on the other side of the ship.
Doubt if they do. Just flying alongside?
Both of those helis are "formating" with the ship; one on each side.
Well my eye sight needs checking LOL I thought they were somehow suspended to it not flying along with it. Awful close looking for all those ropes but again I guess its my eyes r failing me.
That is an example of the green new deal coast guard. Probably coming to the navy soon. Just wait for the new Hunley style submarines.😁 Bob
very carefully
Coasties doin’ coastie stuff.
I would say they do not and have not.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
Looks like the Eagle...training ship for cadets...

Even bigger question, how is it making headway with no sails? And why is the wake on the far side?

Diesel??!!! Heresy!
Needs a retrofit for landing pad
Yes it is the Eagle. Actually did an annual training aboard the ship when I was in the Navy reserve. We did not go out, just a lot of repairs at the pier in New London.
Green font on - With a helicopter on each side it is a practice run. Next run, they put up a sail and with the wind from the helicopters they call it ‘Green’! - Green font off.
That is all.
Can you tell by the flag and the chop how fast she is going?
My guess is about 10 knots, based on the flag and the near helo's downwash pattern.
