Problems with GB Wallet ?

I just joined and I'm having problems with the Gun Vault " Handle" and my GunBroker Pay Wallet, When I put my cell# in I never get a verification link.

My bank info and CC are linked to GB

I'm so confused and discouraged , I tried to reach out to GB for help but all they do is send me links that don't work,
