No idea what I had

I was going to keep this one as a deer gun. Apparently this one is collectible. I always wanted to hang it in the back of a truck. I guess sometimes we get lucky.... AND that doesn't happen to me too often!
Listing and pictures go up tonight.
1963 manufactured Marlin 336RC "Marauder" lever action carbine, chambered in 35 Rem. It is of course JM proofed with JM marked hammer extension. It has a 16.25" barrel with a clean bore and full length magazine tube. It has a 13.5" length of pull on the wood stocks. It has an adjustable rear sight with dovetailed front. This rifle is in absolutely WONDERFUL condition with very minimal signs of use and handling marks.
AND... AND... this one is pretty cool too!

Why no pics LF?
I'll have to keep a eye on that Marauder see what it brings I have 3 of them may have to let one go. One of them 30-30 and the other 2 the 35 Rem
Does it come with the box?
Those are neat. I believe Marlin also made a 336 called the Texan with an 18" barrel and a straight grip stock.
With that short barrel it should give my worn-out shoulder a nice massage 😊. Very nice rifle !

I had that same thought back when I was in college😜
I was overloaded adding pictures to everything Thursday....but I eventually did get them all uploaded to the auctions. Wednesday I sent everyone home at noon because nasty storms came through and the threat of tornadoes was high. I unplugged the computers and sat around looking at all of the work that needed to be done....which was FRUSTRATING. Thursday was sunny and clear, but I still had pictures to take and we had listings promised to go up. I added pictures to the listings until nearly midnight!
