Transfer question

My niece, who does not own a lot of firearms wanted a handgun but couldn't find what she wanted. She asked me about GB one night, so I logged on and showed it to her, as we looked we found a dealer near us, but she doesn't want to create an account for one purchase.
My questions are.
1.Can she we use my Gun broker account?
2.If she can/does use my acct. do I have to fill out paper work when she picks it up and then transfer it to her?

I have bought on here for friends before.
I contact the receiving ffl first, and tell them what we want to do.
If ffl okay with it, we did it.
Friend did the paperwork at receiving ffl, all was good.
Most women do not have the hand strength of men. You want to be sure that she has had a chance to shoot the same model gun that she wants you to order, to be sure that she is able to operate it safely.

Contact the ffl and explain what you are doing. If he is comfortable with her doing the paperwork then that will solve your problem. It is legal in most places to buy a firearm as a gift for someone (which is what this may look like) but the ffl must be careful of straw purchases which are illegal. State laws can be a pain and may have some bearing on your question. Again, the ffl should be well versed in the local laws. So to sum up it shouldn't be a problem but only your ffl can truly determine that. Bob
I feel like an agent is phishing......maybe he/she will catch a whopper.
Kind of tricky with first post posters.
Create an account for her and be done with it. It's not rocket science and then everyone can play.
Its not a worry as far as the internet account....so long as the person buying the gun is the person that does the actual background check.
If she can't be bothered to create her own account then it doesn't sound to me like she wants the gun very bad.
No she’s just young and has an uncle that knows a little more, but not a lot.
Don't worry about all the extra nonsense....the ATF isn't involved at all with who won the gun on the internet....just who is actually purchasing the gun and who is doing the background check. Its like driving a person to the gun store and walking them into the store to help pick out something as far as you winning an auction goes. You aren't buying a gun for someone, you aren't avoiding the paperwork or fudging things to cover up any misdeeds.....just make sure the seller puts her name on the shipping details when they send it out or the receiving dealer knows what is going on and it will all work out fine.
Gifting also comes to mind in a situation like this to.
