not sure that is legal anywhere in US........unless you are talking black powder pistol and then only a few states would allow it
Actually hillbille MOST States allow it..the question is does CA... I'm hoping Mark C will chime in soon
The laws may have changed in CA, but matchlocks, flintlocks and percussion caps, including replicas were all legal for direct shipment to CA. The normal exclusions were those guns which were designed or redesigned for rimfire or centerfire ammunition.
