How about paying me for my Great great great Uncle that served in the PA Volunteer Army during the Civil war as a Captain? He got wounded by Confederate fire during a battle. Should I not receive $25,000 to pay me for HIS wounding?

Do gooders in government have the same amount of gray matter as a box of rocks. Bet they never thought of where they are going to get the money. Especially in a state people are fleeing and is teetering in bankruptcy.
