A friend has a pawn/gun shop here, I was helping him because he was short handed, and people were flooding him with stimu-checks they wanted cashed. All of them I saw were dated 3-26-21! Any he cashed couldn't be deposited until Friday. He usually charges 10% to cash a check, but today he was deducting $50-$100, according to the amount on the check. One "lady" brought in a $4200 check, and had a fit because he wouldn't give her the full amount. Only one actually redeemed his pawned items. Another person bought a lawnmower and weedeater with his, so my friend allowed him full value and gave him a free lottery scratch-off.
