Auction side question

Mods: This is not a rip or * issue,. Just trying to find the answer to a question I can't find in the info.
Concerning blocked bidders
1) If a bidder is blocked from an auction shouldn't their bids disappear from the auction and bid history?
2) If a bidder is blocked from an auction, are they blocked from all other auctions from the same seller ?
3) If a blocked bidder "wins" an auction ( because his bid is the last one listed) does the auction revert to the second bidder?
Sorry if these questions are taboo on this page , if so just delete.

A bidder may be blocked, but his history is not erased.
When you block a bidder, that bidder is blocked from all of your auctions, not just one (or more) specific listing.
If a blocked bidder's final bid wins the auction, he is the still winner. He can pay and take delivery of the item, but he remains blocked from ever bidding again, or until you unblock him. I am unaware of any set of circumstances where the next highest bid wins an auction. To do so would invite shill bidding.
Excellent question, and answer, something that most of us can learn from. Thanks.

Thanks for your answer. Don't mean to be a PITA but there is one issue i am still unclear of.
If a bidder bids on an auction and is winning, then gets blocked, and another bidder outbids him, when the blocked bidder attempts to rebid then his bid would be rejected, correct?
