Anyone know how hard the lead is in 22 rimfire ammo?

I imagine that it depends on the velocity. Standard velocity target 22 should be around 10-12 on the Brinell (BHN scale). High velocity should be between 14-20 BHN and Hyper velocity should be 20-30 BHN.
Pure lead is 5 BHN.

Many variances between brands and even lots. Best check with each manufacturer or DIY with a BH tester.
use the bite test 😁
Thank you for the insight. I didn't think it would be very hard in comparison to some of the other lead I've used before to cast bullets.
Do the rounds de-form in flesh?
