Hi and I hope someone can give me some needed help.
I purchased a buy it now on a Sig p320. New but verified user listed as .32 not a 9mm like in the pics and wants payment via paypal friends and family. I think that the firearm is mislabeled in the title and that the person wants friends and family leads me to believe that the old "if it's to good to be true, it is". SIG Sauer P320 X Series Compact .32 - Semi Auto Pistols at GunBroker.com : 896466438, this is the link to the item and pretty sure it's a scam, but I am looking for someone else's opinion.

it says 9mm on the slide.....................
Am I the only one who wonders why these questions came after he hit the Buy It Now Button and purchased the pistol?
DO NOT pay using PayPal, whose terms and conditions state that no payment can be made for the purchase of firearms and ammunition. We have a host of buyers and sellers coming into the forum and crying- always after the fact, that their PP accounts were locked and funds impounded.
Send the seller a note about Paypal's rabid anti-gun policy. If you are concerned about it being a scam contact Paypal. You could also arrange with the seller to send payment to the shipping FFL to hold for the buyer until he shows up to ship the gun. A USPS Money Order or certified check is a safe way to pay.
Strange, item has been relisted. https://www.gunbroker.com/Item/896604690
Shipping to 6836? is $40.00 Still listed. What's -up??
Best I can tell the magazines have 9mm on them to.
He has a buyer.
Too good to be true, NR seller, red flags abound.
