Inca Kola?
I ate at a Peruvian place today, had Loma Saltado and a Inca Kola. Man I like Inca Kola, the taste is weird but good. I spent some time in Peru in 1996 and 97 and had a good time, the food was really good.

Never had it
Its good give it a try.
I cannot describe the flavor but its kind of like cream soda and a lime soda but not tart.
A Peruvian place, gosh we are lucky to have a decent American cuisine let alone Peruvian. But in my travels and I find one I will give it a go.
Watch out for that Peruvian food. My brother went down to Peru last year to see the Inca ruins of Machu Picchu.
At the nice hotel where he stayed, he noticed that down in the lobby they served tea. There was a steaming pot of boiling water. There was a set of real nice porcelain tea cups. And there was a big, fancy porcelain bowl that was full of these weird looking tea leaves. You just put some leaves in your cup, poured in the steaming water and let steep for several minutes and you were drinking tea Peru style. Lots of the people in the lobby were drinking the tea.
Brother said the tea was really good and "gave you energy." He said it was called "coca leaf tea." I told him he was drinking liquid cocaine.
When in Peru, do as the Peruvians do, I guess.
Did he like Michu Picu?
I thought it was great. I was there 1st time on uncle sugar second time with a buddy. We rented Adventure bikes(ON off road motorcycles) and went all over. We had a blast.
I have a lifelong friend who lives in Brazil. He is a bit on the liberal side of the fence and a strict vegetarian. I like to mess with him on occasion especially regarding various cuisine's.
I like my Guinea Pig done medium well I once told him and the look on his face would have shattered a mirror!
I have never heard of that Inca Kola Sam but would sure try some if I ever run across any. I do like Mexican Coca Cola so much better than our domestic stuff. I for the most part gave up drinking soda pop many years ago.
Inca Kola is a subsidiary of Coke.
