What to do with Disputed Credit Request?

NR guy bought the item on 3/3/2021, refused to proceed. 4 days later I filled Non Paying Buyer credit request. Few days later noticed "Disputed" status. Waited for 2 weeks and filled Support request asking what to do next. Got response:

Click the Support option on the left side of the page
Choose the Credit Request option
You will be able to view the status of the Credit Request(s) and also see the dates which apply to the next step required

But there is no such dates (attached screenshots). So... Just have no idea where to go next. Support never responded since then... Did anyone have same issue?

Your screen shot shows that credit was issued. Did you not get credit for the fees?
As above, says credit issued? Looks like it was disputed and you got your credit issued as it reads by me.
Sorry for confusing screenshot. There are actually 2 requests, first one is disputed and the second is "credit issued". And the second one had "Request Credit with dates" and this is what Support was talking about, but the first one doesn't have that.
It will go through, almost every one we file gets disputed. They have a certain time frame to show proof of payment, if they can't provide that it goes in your favor.
