What Sub-MG or pistol fits this barrel?

I was told this barrel was a spare or an armorer's barrel for a Luger as it has a Belgian Crown and has not been serial numbered and QC stamped. Threading is clean and barrel is without tool marks.I tried not thoroughly and got stumped by hex point on barrel (threaded side) a 9mm Luger fits in chamber/throat snug . 4-3/4 " long. What firearm would be suspect? Possible value also?Thank you !

Luger does not have a hex shoulder; Swedish Lahti does.
And the crown is Sweden.
