Is there anyone, and or a website that could give a general appraisal of a .22 derringer that I have had for years ??

In general it does not look like much to me. Don
You might want to watch this auction. https://www.gunbroker.com/item/897660434 It appears to be in better condition and imho much more than I would pay.
Rotating firing pin??? Like the C.O.P. of later years???

I'd give $10 for it.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain

I would better Mr. P's bid by $5.
Don't know if those are factory grips, but imo, about 125-150 in that condition if it functions correctly.
If it's functional then $80-$100. If it doesn't work then it has no real value in that condition due to the high cost of shipping a pistol- either by UPS or by paying a dealer to mail it for you.
One upper eh?

By the looks of the metal, those might be it's third set of grips
I spend the big bucks.🤣
Interesting old gun, does she run?
