I can't imagine being this clueless about something and trying to regulate that thing.
Some will die in hot pursuit
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain

Lets understand that silencer is the legal definition of the device. "Suppressor" is a made up term coined by firearms enthusiast which has no legal basis at all. Being a Class 3 Dealer, I've got a thick stack for Form 3's from the ATF and every one of those registrations uses the word SILENCER to describe the device:
The door is going open... A federal registered suppressor being banned... IF and only If these morons get this passed the class 3 everything could be next.
