Hello All
I am a long time GB member who has posted many guns for sale. The new system won't allow to the payment screen to complete my new listing. What am I doing wrong.. All required fields are filled in
any help would be great

I just listed 5 guns with the new format. Worked fine. Just took a little time. As my Grandson says "CHILL" !!😃
Nothing can get fixed here. There is no live person to talk to. Everyone is dead. Your only recourse is to keep working on it, and contact GB Support. Then be very, very patient.
Another "long time" GB member who has posted a grand total ten times in 15 years. As an administrator, let me thank you for your many [green font] contributions to our forum. They come out of the woodwork when they want to cry about a problem, otherwise...zero participation.

When I first tried to use the new listing format, I was stymied. I worked for an hour to list one item, and when I confirmed, or thought I did, and left the page, my item disappeared. I turned in a Support request, mainly venting about the change. I went to bed and quit worrying about it.
Next morning, I tried again. It took some getting used to, because things are in a different order and there are no listing option defaults as with the old format, but I got several items listed in a reasonable amount of time. It seems to work OK, but I'd still like to find the link for listing option defaults.
I wrote Support back, apologized for wasting their time, and asked them to disregard my issue.
No one gets to speak to a live person. If live help was available, it would be hopelessly tied up with redundant issues. You make your request/report and wait. Do not keep asking, because that puts your request back on the bottom of the pile. Just ask and wait for a response.

And we still cannot help. Gunbroker Support is your only recourse. But you can hang out here and talk guns and other trash while you wait.
