Sale from unlicensed FFL to Buyer

Made several purchases on site but am wanting to make some sales but got a few questions. Have a few firearms I would like to sale that were given to me in fathers estate. I do not have a FFL license. Can I sale firearms to any other persons as long as they are shipped to a FFL licensed business? Do the firearms that I sale have to be registered? I have no idea if they are or not since they were given to me from estate.
A few of the firearms are black powder (cap and ball) reproductions. Would these type firearms be subject to same transaction regulations as any other traditional firearm? Would they be considered a "Currio Relic" item?

do not use this as the absolute there is just too many laws and rules in every state
as a non FFL you can ship to a FFL to transfer to the buyer now I have heard some FFL's will not do it ? so make sure you state in the auction you do not hold a FFL and winner is make sure there FFL will accept it
as far as registered firearm most states do not have such a system but so many states have there own rules and laws best to make sure who where your dealing with but the buyer should work out with there FFL holder ahead of time
black powder firearm's in most all states are not considered guns so can be shipped with out all the process but then again some states say they are guns and have to follow all rules so here again check what state
with all that said 😐️
there is several ( I know more on here ) dealers on this forum who will sell your guns for you for a modest % you can ship the guns to them or if close they will pick them up from you
I will not name them or show favoritism but if I was going that route I would not hesitate to have them sell a gun for me and they have great history of doing well for the seller ( I have always sold my own guns but thats just me )
I am sure they or some more members will step up and provide the names and info
good luck
Selling Overview – GunBroker
Please to save yourself grief later do not use Paypal, Zelle or other money changers. Get paid by a secure means and keep all correspondence records if you decide to list them. As advised above Ricci Wright and Locust Fork are top sellers that take consignment. You will most likely get top dollar for your items with their professional sales on the auction side. I do not remember the other sellers that will provide these services that are on the forum but if they will handle this for the seller please chime in and forgive my leaving your name out.
Yes a non-FFL can sell on GB, The buyer will either be a FFL or C&R( if the gun qualifies) or the buyer has the gun shipped to a FFL for pick up. Seller should get a copy of the license or otherwise verify that the ship to location can legally receive the gun.
Generally black powder guns do not require a FFL.
Also a good idea for a non-FFL seller to include an ID such as a driver's license copy. I send a copy of my CC permit and it seems to work. But the FFL needs to know who the gun is from when he enters it into his book.
No such thing as "unlicensed FFL".
