I received an order from Brownells that had an incorrect part. I tried to contact them starting around April 2nd. I have tried their on-line chat twice and found nobody available. I called once and was told there was a 30 minute wait and waited 1 1/2 hours only to give up. I e-mailed on April 8 and was told that there might be a several day delay. I still haven't heard anything. I understand that they may be busy but 3 weeks is a bit much. Anyone have similar problems with them?

The forums are totally separate from Brownells. Start a ticket with customer service and be patient and remember that when you repost your issue it moves back to the bottom of the pile...

Yes, 3 weeks does seem like a stretch but remember that lots of folks are sitting at home collecting un-employment right now because the government has made it lucrative to do so. A tile distributor I used to work for had the same issue. Couldn't even get enough people to answer the phones!
