Is it proper for me to mention, by name, one of the larger firearm supply houses in the context of asking about customer service experience from other forum members?
It's too late for me, save yourself.

Thanks guys. "Complaints about businesses, persons, or transactions unrelated to this site (in general all complaints will be deleted)." may be the reason but I think it's stretching it. I wasn't talking of another auction site, complaining about a product, but just asking other members about their customer service experiences.
I'll just be more careful from now on.
You could always private message such questions, but would have to work one on one for opinions. After a while you will gain knowledge about the many members who post in areas of interests that you could question.
A long time ago I posted about another forum I frequent and that one disappeared quicker than drying printer ink! Our busy moderators are fast on the draw! 🙂 God Bless them!
Pretty much eliminates a purchase when they take 2 days to respond.
Maybe, once again, I wasn't clear. This has nothing to do with Gunbroker customer service but I was asking about experience with one of the major firearm parts dealers.
I always try typing with my little pinky finger extended upright per Emily Post. 🙂
Unfortunately those old rules of etiquette don't always land me in the tall grass with a few of my ramblings and a few get deep sixed.
Post a link and simply say ask if any past experience or what's up.
