Maybe not but I don't see how any good can come from borrowing above what we are willing to incur in tax liability. One thing for sure time will tell if the economy goes up forever or eventually we have to pay the piper.

I leave the mentoring of the membership to the moderators. Admin means maintaining good order and discipline in the forums.
I took a look at your forum history: wow! four warnings in 6 months, and two of them are major. Under those circumstances, most members would want to maintain a low profile, while you clearly like attracting attention to yourself. It's an interesting point of view.
