Fraudulent auction

Bought a rifle at Gunbroker the other day. New seller with no feedback so red flags shot up for me but I went ahead figuring I would worry about it if I actually got the rifle bought. After the auction closed, I found the exact same rifle on a well known gun dealer's website with the same exact pictures that were used on Gunbroker. Called the dealer and he does in fact have possession of this rifle.

So obviously the Gunbroker seller is a fraud and I don't intend to send any money to him. I emailed Gunbroker support detailing the events but after two days, I still haven't received a reply. Seller continues to torment me for payment.

So, what do you guys think?
