Put in your state and zipcode and see all the free money handed out. Again warning if you don't have thick skin you will be pizsed for days. This is public record and our tax dollars will go to this for at least the next 50 years.

Probably worse than money spent on the PPP was GOVERNMENT at almost every level forcing businesses to shut down, playing cronyism, and taking away liberties all for a pandemic with a such a high survival rate.

Wow a lot of companies that in some cases would not be negatively impacted by the covid got a lot of free no payback money Good for them bad for tax payers

Why don't we go to school and work on the weekends and take the week off!

Pisses me off some, since I know of most of these local businesses listed for my zip code and only a couple were directly impacted by this pandemic beeSsss. However I can't really blame them for taking advantage of what the government was offering... It's just like all the so-called tax loopholes, if it's legal then they are gonna take advantage of them.

That first $1200 stimulus check went to prisoners in the Calif prisons, and they got to keep it.

I now know (without feeling guilty) where to ask for a discount when doing business with several places I frequent!

A few places on the list got huge sums of money and are in direct competition with my sons retail greenhouse nursery garden center. A family owned and operated business I once ran and has been going since 1952. 😓

Yeah, that pizzed me off. Most of those businesses were either closed (no employee costs) or had no loss in business. No way they're paying waitresses & bus boys $29,000 a year. No way these companies employ the # of workers they're claiming. Even a local church got $$$. I do know that our dentist is seeing less patients due to all the covid restrictions.

A high percentage of them in my area are oil and gas companies. Don't worry, they'll be back to ripping us off and raking in the money in no time. 😣

It's not real money anymore. They are printing Monopoly money & the value of any monetary assets you own will plunge. The "national debt" no longer has any meaning since no one will ever pay any part of it. (Except with ever more Monopoly money) Zimbabwe & Venezuela here we come.

What the govt. is doing is going to cause economic woes in the future. To put it mildly.

When the value of money decreases, the cost of everything it will buy increases.

But if you owe a lot of money, it will be much easier to payoff the loan!
