For a fixed price listing, if I change something (i.e. the description), are the watchers notified?

I am curious, if I change something in a listing - like something in the description, for example - that only has a Buy Now option, are the Watchers notified?
I've started a few fixed-price listings, and they've gained a few watchers. Since no one has purchased so far, I was thinking of adding onto the Item Description, saying that "If no one buys this by such-and-such date, I will be relisting the item as an auction, so look for it there starting on May XX..."
If I do this, will the watchers be notified that I have added onto the listing description, and thus see the new text I have added?

No. Watchers are not notified as to changes in the auction listings.

IDK, But, I have been notified at "changes" in an auction, guess that is the ones I was bidding on and not "fixed" price auctions.
If you edit the description, I don't think that any watchers will get a notification. If you add to the description, I believe that the watchers will get an email.
Ohh yes, makes sense now- thanks Todd
