Has passed in Texas......just waiting for the Governor to sign it into law.

I wonder what that means for those of us with TX Concealed Carry permits (especially those of us who are out of state)? I can't seem to find the answer anywhere yet.
We have constitutional carry here in Missouri and many people still opt to get their concealed carry permit so that they can carry in other states.
Lots of states have reciprocity laws, "constitutional carry" may not be honored else where but a Texas carry license would be......check yours out.

This is excellent news that has nazi sympathizing cops peeing in their pants.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
Same in many of the states that I frequent in the central US (including Missouri). Constitutional carry inside your state, CCW/CHL permit needed to carry in other states. As more do this, I would imagine reciprocicty will be amended to allow it on both ends eventually. But, until then, CYA.
