Gunbroker customer service was always a little slow but never this bad. I have a couple of open tickets and several pending credits due to non-paying buyers - some are over 90 days old. Is Anyone else having this same problem lately? It is extremely frustrating when you have buyers not pay then dispute it. You are on the hook for not only the fees but also the sales tax now. I am a top 500 seller and cannot get any response anymore.

Ohh! He's a top 500 seller. Forum members- are you impressed by his selling prowess? ? Of course he has just 17 posts in this forum, where he has come to vent his displeasure.
Not yet. I have an entire afternoon to kill, so lets see where this leads us...
Pay the bill to GB you owe and not any disputed fees. Continue to do business until they respond. Block NPB's .

My experience is exactly opposite yours. They take very good care of me. I am a low end seller though so that may have something to do with it.
Like I said, I was just curious if anyone else had the same issues lately. Sorry you were triggered. With the sales tax fees added in, these can get expensive quickly and not getting a response in over 90 days is frustrating.
