Gun Broker BBP SCAM

I purchased a firearm in May of 2020. It was false advertisement. The description Did not represent what I received . Also the firearm does not function. Contact with seller did no good. I made my BBP claim. Months later Gun Broker contacted me and said the seller was willing to refund my money. I just needed to contact the seller and he would refund my money. After numerous attempts to contact there has been no response. Gun broker still lets sell on gun broker. I contacted gun broker several more times. Still no explanation or support from gun broker. I have not found a phone number in witch to call. I'm Out $565 plus shipping. As of June 14, 2021 the BBP is still an open case. I'm going to try the BBB. I doubt it will do any good. Anyone else had this problem?
