Is there a "new" sales tax list?

I'm aware that GB is now charging sales tax on auctions for the states that have signed up for it ... but when GB originally sent out the email there were 36 states that had signed up for it ... Kansas was not one of them.
I bought an item a month or so ago and and there was no sales tax, however I bought another item on Saturday and went through Check-out and was surprised to see sales tax had been added, however I don't remember getting a notification of this new "tax added"
So I'm wondering if GB has gone to the blanket tax like eBay or has Kansas signed up and is there a list somewhere I can see it?
If you really desire something, you'll find a way ?

Kimber, I was told by GBHQ that currently only Missouri and Florida have not established a market facilitator GB.

The posted list does not include Kansas, but the list hasn't been updated over two months and is subject to change without notice.
Thanks Mark! Like anyone else, I don't particularly like paying taxes but like most I don't mind paying them either ... I just hadn't figured it into my bid and it surprised me when I saw the additional $170 fee at check-out, but I would have bought it anyway!

Well, I JUST sold in Florida and no sales tax. Man that stuff makes the price climb. So the last holdouts are those two. In Illinois we probably will have a FEE on the sales tax if JB could. They call new taxes fees, adjustments, price fluctuation, ect. in this state.
