GB.com Site issue

I have posted this message innumerable time to GB.com Help and any email address I can find on GB.com. This has been going on since I became a member and continues despite all my efforts. I would Greatly appreciate any help I can find from ANYBODY to try to solve this problem.

Hello,

 

hopefully this will be read by SOMEONE human at Gunbroker.com. I have been a member for some time of your service and have been trying to complete the extended verification it says I need for your site to become a Seller. I have been unable to do this despite trying for over SIX MONTHS. Every time I try to complete the process I end up with the following error message.

 

“There was an error retrieving the verification questions. Please try again at a later time.

 

If you are unable to resolve this problem, please contact Customer Support. Please include the entire error message in your report.”

 

After contacting Customer Support, I will then get an Email wanting me to rate your help service and NO REPLY regarding my initial problem. This action on your part then just starts the whole process over again! I am at my wits end and just get to the point of giving up. Luckily, I am a pretty tenacious individual and refuse to give up! As I said, this has been going on from the day I became a member.

 

Please, PLEASE, help me to resolve this issue. I am starting to believe that there is NOBODY minding your store! And it is simply a mass of Automatic responses! I am hoping this is not the case and I will now see if I get some kind of automated form letter from here. In that case, I guess I will be forced to give up and chalk all this up to just a bad memory.

    There are humans working at GunBroker.com, but not one of them is in this forum. There is no link between the forums and the auction site, there is no auction support available here, which means that there is no one in the forums who can solve your problem...or any auction related problems.


    I hate to be the bearer of bad news....but that's my job.
