An issue with charges to my account came up recently. I received an email stating I owed a certain amount. The charge was incorrect and about twice what I actually owed. I contacted admin on the issue and explained that the charge was wrong. I also noted that the charge had been posted as pending on my CC. After 3-4 days got a less than acceptable reply and and sent another message on the issue. Kept checking the CC account and the charge never left the pending area. As of today the charge is gone off the CC and assume the issue is resolved. It seems they do try and work things of this nature out.

I've never had an issue to report to the auction side, but it seems "patience is a virtue" based on what others report. Good to hear that there are resolutions when you know you are right and can prove it.
I must be lucky, I have never had to wait more than a few days and they have done a great job.

Well I was wrong. GB has just re-instated the the charge. I will be disputing with the CC . I would be checking your sales charges to see if they are over charging you. Very disappointing.

This really sad, I have been doing business with GB for over 20 years and they pull this trick, Will be a long time before any further business with them.

Well the situation gets odder every day. I have disputed the $95.17 over charge with the CC company. Just checked my account and GB has deducted $52.83 from the account leaving $32.34 of the original charge. No idea what this amount is related to or is for. They have also charged me $42.34(what I actually owe) as well. Looks like a monkey is running this. Who knows what will happen next!
