It has been a wild month....family issues, a contractor working at my house the last 2.5 weeks, stuff around the farm keeping us busy....so after a full month I finally had a day where I could get away from it all and go shoot......Loaded up some firearms, ran through the drive up for a big cup of coffee and I was off and running the 37 miles to the range....
Lights were off, nothing on the door so I texted one of the guys that works there......late last week they instituted a change of hours of operation.....CRUD....
So on the bright side, I ran to Bass Pro and stocked up on some .45 ACP they had on the shelves....
It was Monday, what did I expect !!!🤨😉

took grandkids and two of their friends bowling, even witht the alley bumpers up, 115 was high game. was worth quite a few laughs though...... and I didn't have to embarass myself
So far so good.
I spent $150 to get my 2 dogs groomed, this is a every 6 month deal but they look and feel great. I bought a few pump 12 ga shotguns here and some ammo on another sight. One is for down stairs the other for the trunk.
I went out last night in Raleigh and I had a weird feeling, people were wandering around so i think I need to up my game in defense.
I will go see Ricci in a week or so and maybe we will get to break them in.
Not a bad day, I got called out of my retirement to teach a 3 day class that started today, 7 students and they are all pretty nice guys so far so good, but time for a beer or 3 now.
Ricci could probubly survive the 12 ga, but please don't shoot him with a 410, or we are gonna have a bunch of complaints about a certain seller not returning calls/emails for few weeks
