I have a fever

I went to the hospital yesterday for some pre-op stuff. I woke up this morning feeling like crap. All I wanted to do was sleep. My wife checked my temperature and it’s been running 101.1. I don’t have any other symptoms, just want to sleep.
She thinks I pick up something at the hospital.

Prolly got the bat flu over at the horse pistol.
some really nasty head/sinus colds going on here . Feel better soon.
That stinks, I hope whatever you got doesn't delay your operation. Plenty of fluids and taking a fever reducer like aspiran or ibuprofen is about all I know about treating a fever. Best wishes for a speedy recovery. Bob
Take two regular strength acetaminophen/Tylenol.
Hospitals are full of bad things (germs & etc). Hope you are doing better.
Hope you are feeling better so that surgery can go forward. Went through that before and had to reschedule surgery and that was before COVID so can’t imagine trying to reschedule surgery at this time.
Feeling much better today, thanks. Still a little sluggish. That was weird, the only symptoms were fever and wanting to sleep.
I’m banned from NSAIDs until after surgery. No alcohol, either.
Glad you are feeling better.
Same thing happened to me a few weeks back. One day and it was over. Don't know why I wasn't where sick folks were that I know of.
