How rare is a 686 Smith with factory scope rings. Looking for one but no luck. "Thanks"

    If you are talking about the 686-3 with the milled rib for scope rings, then yes it was pretty low production. My sources say only made in 1989 and about 1100 produced. The catalog number was 104251. Bob
