Shipped ammo with gunbroker - shipment was lost

I shipped some ammo using gunbroker. The shipment was lost and Fedex will not let me file the insurace claim because gunbroker is the account holder. I've filed a support req with GB asking for help to resolve but they are not responding. Does anyone have any sugestions on how I can get this resolved. I hate to have to refund this out of my pocket when I paid for shipping insurance.
