I have had a tore-up stomach for almost a week
I want to move the bad on threw my system
any suggestions on what might help or has helped you thanks
maybe a fermented drink or something that works for you ins

I used to try 7-up but it's been decades ago. I don't know if it's still on the market.
Fermented pickles/sour kraut/probiotics.
Good stuff.
Drink some pickle juice
Dilute two or three apple tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water. Drink one glass daily until things improve.
If you have had a bad stomach for more than three days, I would seriously consider seeing a doctor. If no medicine was ingested, my go-to has always been Pepto.
My advise is worth exactly what you paid for it.

The major question is why is your stomach upset for this length if time. I recommend a doctor.

Just for minor irritations, when we were heading into rough seas, we had a large pan of lemon slices and a pan of saltine
in the mess.
If your doctor clears you, you may want to ask him if Reglan is appropriate for you to take for occasional upset stomach. (It soothes the digestive tract.)

I am a bicarbonate of soda kind of guy when my tummy lets me know it's there. I use a full level teaspoon dissolved in a 3\4 cup of water. Must stay in the upright position (avoid laying down) until the big BURP comes! Usually within 5 minutes or so.
Back when I was younger...........I took a mountain biking trip from Cancun, Mexico...........down to Belize with two buddys. We eventually ended up on the island of Roatan off the coast of Belize. Man...........I got sick. Like really sick with diarrhea and emesis. Probably from something I ate. I was bed ridden for a couple of days. One of the locals where we were renting a room, took me down to a fruit stand to buy a big bag of limes. He went back to the "house" with me, cut them with his machete, and squeezed the juice. He told me to drink all of it and I would be fine. To be honest, I was dubious. However, I drank the juice from a big bag of local limes..............and it worked. I was feeling better just a few hours later.

Raise the alcohol content in your blood stream high enough and whatever virus or bacteria it is will relent.
And fiery auto crashes

Or maybe appendicitis...Had it several years ago and had a bad stomach for days...Got to the hospital just in time!!! See your Dr....
